South Bay Photo Booth is a small family business in the South Bay of Southern California. SoBay for short is a mother/daughter team- Sylvia and Starla. SoBay also involves our village which consists of an community of our lovely community involving family, friends, partners, neighbors and supporters. We started this business a few years ago as a bonding project while Starla was attending college.

With a combination of creativity, networking and business skills between us we put it to the test At first it was completely DIY. After a few builds, plenty of trial & error, keeping up with up-to-date technology, improvements & practice. Armed with a vision, camera and passion for creating everlasting memories South Bay Photo Booth was born.

SBPB is a mom & daughter team that go by SoBay for short. Raised in the South Bay of Southern California by family and friends. A family business ran by Starla and her mum, Sylvia. Starla is the techy one, mum enjoys the parties and both love photography and those fun memories.

Reassuring Starla she wasn’t forced to go to college but suggested taking classes that sparked an interest in whatever she wanted. Mum figured it would be best to teach Starla about business, creativity, the hustle, and independence while having fun and trying to figure out what to major in. Taking different creative classes after finishing the building inspector program -Starla’s skills kept growing. College flew right by while mum was trying to build the business side of things.

South Bay Photo Booth is available to help you create, capture & share your, special moments with your guests and have them sharing long after the party is done.
